Habitats (3rd Ed)
Third edition of one of Corné's ever so clever games that require serious thought. Here players are adding animal tiles to their wildlife park. Each comes on a specific terrain and needs other tiles nearby to be worth points at the end. Thus, each tile you place provides something you're looking for but also gives fresh requirements.
On top of this, players can add viewing towers and access roads to boost their score. There are bonus scoring opportunities at the end of each season that give players intermediate goals as well as the final scoring after all three seasons. The whole thing is a terrific challenge.
To make things even tougher, you can add some larger animals in the XL expansion or try the two-tone tiles of the Double expansion.
For 2-5 players, aged 10+, playing time 30-50 minutes
