This is an expansion for Concordia.
It's simply eight new Forum cards with a rule sheet and can be added to the game with or without any of the other expansions. (The punchboard also contains a mini-expansion – Privilege cards – for Navegador.)
For 2-5 players (with base game), aged 12+, playing time 60 minutes
