This is an expansion to Carnegie.

It really does what it says on the tin: adds more Department and Donation tiles to open up your options throughout the game (hence the slightly longer playing time). I've enjoyed adding these to the game, but haven't felt the need to use any of the optional rule extensions.

For 1-4 players, aged 12+, playing time 2-3 hours (with the base game)
