Thousands of online plays have identified the cards that are over- and under-powered (\"Communism\" for example) and this expansion contains replacements that redress the balance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen there are additional cards for the three-player game so that it lasts the same number of rounds (-ish) and complete replacements for the decks of Military cards to re-balance and add variety to these.
