The idea is that the players are trainee world-builders and this is their final exam in civilization design. At the centre is the territory where players will: explore and develop with their tribes, produce materials, add buildings and, maybe, fight each other. Then each player has their own hefty board with the actions they can take (and upgrade), each powered by a pair of dice. So rolling your dice is the first thing to do. Then you can see what actions are available to you.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThen there are events that can have a big influence on what happens on the board and a whole lot more going on.
